Most people feel very nervous prior to their first grading, this is perfectly normal.\u00a0 Your Instructor would not let you grade if they weren\u2019t confident of your success.\u00a0 If you\u2019re concerned about a particular part of your syllabus the best way to gain confidence is through practice \u2013 there is no substitute for knowing that you can do it.\u00a0 Take the time to read through the section below so you\u2019ll know exactly what to expect on the day.\u00a0 A good nights sleep and healthy breakfast the morning of the grading will also help.\u00a0 Remember your water bottle on the day too.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
